Seth Henderson, Founder and CEO of Reflective Hub, is leading a startup that creates virtual spaces for small, guided conversations around thought-provoking questions. He brings a wealth of experience from civic engagement, civil dialogue, communications, project management, and entrepreneurship. He has dedicated most of his career to the Aspen Institute, a global nonprofit organization that drives change through dialogue, leadership, and action to help solve the most important challenges facing the United States and the world.

Seth holds a degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University, with advanced certifications from Georgetown, Cornell, and Harvard, and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown. He's also a graduate of the McKinsey Black Leadership Academy.
